The existing property is a two-storey, terraced house with an unconverted loft, located in a
residential area.

The proposed development is a two-storey rear extension, loft extension and conversion with access to the terrace over first-floor extension. The property will gain a master bedroom in the loft with en-suite, more spacious bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, utility room and guest toilet on the ground floor.

The whole house will be modernised and dedicated to the young couple needs and sense of aesthetics. The main idea was to create a modern, sleek space, inspired by cyberpunk.
