The main idea of the redevelopment of this period features wide property is to bring back a relevant residential building, neglected and used for too long for commercial and storage purposes, to its original splendour.

 

Considering the main feature, and the only one listed, is the central stairwell, a main building entrance lobby for the redevelopment into luxury apartments, want to give more relevance to that great example of design and function.
