The project consists in a two storey side extension, and excavation at rear to build lower ground floor area below existing rear extension.

The concept is to extend the property to provide more space for a family of five by adding extra living space and playing area, and well proportioned bedrooms at first floor.

In fact with the side extension at a first floor the study can be converted into a double bedroom and the family bathroom can be extended, and at ground floor a study/guest bedroom and shower room will be available for the grandparents when visiting the children.

The rear ground floor extension is helping to create more living area and children space to play and study, as well as on the lower ground floor is providing space for a laundry, kitchen and dining blending outdoor in a decking area leading to the garden.
