The site is a mix of industrial and commercial activities in the agricultural Gawcott fields farm to be converted in a Solar Farm.

 

The client aim was to create a sense of community in this  new business pole, where industrial activities in situ since a long time could share the amenity and common space with office workers.

 

So the massing of the scheme is calculated keeping on account the vast scale of warehouses as well as the smaller scale of office, commercial activities and leisure space, creating a public square for the working community.
