The project aim was to reconfigure a residential turned commercial plot, occupied by six Georgian house widely extended at the back to host a car spare parts business.

All the schemes developed shows the intention to create a community square between the blocks of the new mixed use development, in order to give a strong identity to the new intervention and to bring together existing and new community in an area turning back to its original residential use.
